Egg salad and deviled eggs are my plan too!  Now that I finally know how to boil eggs without them overcooked... I am keeping an eye on that I get back MY eggs too!! LOL

secret...put eggs in water that is luke warm, heat until bubbling boil, then shut off and leave eggs in water for 15 mins.  Then take the eggs out and submurge into ice cold water, then put into the fridge.  works perfectly!! 

I hope you get to color eggs with your grandkids too... it creates fun memories!!!

I hate to color them the weekend before but the 2 older ones go to their dad's next weekend and won't be bac****il Sunday for dinner.

My manager told me this morning that if I wanted to take a couple rounds around the building during the day that I could since the others take several smoke breaks during the day.

yes, thank goodness it is friday! 

b - protein coffee (24g & 114 cal)
s - baked oatmeal w/turkey sausage link (22g & 170 cal)
l - pork tenderloin w/lettuce & tomato (24g & 182 cal)
s - fruit
d - some sort of salad

protein: 70g w/o dinner
calories: 466 w/o dinner

vits: on track
h2o: behind but will catch up soon
miles: lunchtime cardio planned...elliptical or treadmill (high intensity)

I'm looking forward to planning and prepping/packing next weeks food. BUT first have to get ideas and do grocery list.....fun stuff...for real...love it.

I do so much better at the grocery store if I take a list and plan my days. I don't love it but it sure makes life easier!!

I've got 3 off and 1 to go....yeah!!!!!   Was the chips I had on vacation worth it.....I'm sure glad I have my tool to help me!!

I function best when my calories are around 1000-1100'ish and protein @ 100g. This is when I am super strict and organized. I use livestrong.com for my tracking and have been very impressed at the numbers :) it keeps me motivated...
