Hooray for Friday! I am so excited for this weekend, I have to clean my house (boo!) but that's because my parents and my grandma are coming to visit (mostly YAY). Might have to go to my other Grandma's house tomorrow to help ready her house for my aunt's release from the hospital (hence why dad is coming to visit) but nothing is set in stone on Saturday. Sunday I am helping a friend move (busy busy, good thing I am in good shape!) Mom and Grandma are slowly plodding their way north from visiting family and friends in Florida (Grandma wanted to take a road trip in her motor home) and Dad will be flying in on Tuesday. So very excited :) I haven't seen any of them since September!
Yay on your 1 pound to go, I'm staying off the scale until Monday like a good girl :) I'm really strict about my once a week (or trying to be) so I get obsess (it's in my nature)
So, for breakfast I had a breakfast cookie with cottage cheese, only ate about half of it: 7.3g protein
snack: ICMD chocolate protein with 8 oz skim: 28.3g protein
Lunch: quinoa casserole made me sick, guess I can't do reheated shrimp :( having cocomint pudding instead 15 gm protein
Snack: chocomarshmallow pudding: 15g protein
Dinner: greek mini quiche experiment, will contain ground turkey, spinach, ff feta, cottage cheese and eggs: 24.7g protein will post recipe if it turns out good
feeling kinda headachy like low blood sugar so i had my am snack a little early, might push up lunch a little too 12 instead of 1230. wish i knew where my meter was :(

I'm a once a dayer on the scale. I don't get emotionally upset when I see I'm up a pound but it makes me stick to my menus and make better choices.

Happy Friday! Looking forward to seeing some friends tomorrow, we are getting the kids together to color Easter eggs! The older kids are also hiding eggs for the two little ones so they can do an egg hunt too...so cute!
