I found your pounds. I've had stress this week and succumbed to 2 oz of nuts for two days this week. I'm up two pounds from Monday morning. I have a date with Dr. Atkins this morning to slash carbs to smithereens as well as a date with my walking pals later today. Time to sweat those pounds off before I get freaked out!

I weighted at home per usual, first thing in the am, nightie only on 138. Weighed again at Curves a couple of hours later, 136, after breakfast and 2 protien coffees. I always weigh more at Curves than at home. What gives?

Anyway, I think it's because it's Spring. I think in winter we move around less and also our bodies want to have an extra layer of fat so they send us messages to get us to eat more. Then, in the Spring, they send us messages to shed the fat and move around more.
I go through this in an exaggerated way because in the Summer I am working out 10 hours or more a week and in the Winter it drops down to 1-3 which is a BIG difference. But I think we all go through it to some extent.

For me, I am the other way around - I finally gained 4 pounds and am very happy about it. I still need to gain another 10 pounds. I got way to skinny and you can see all my bones. It is nice to be a size 8, never been that small in my life but I guess I am large boned and not meant to be that small. I will be happy as a 10.
