I'm glad you mentioned homemade beef jerky. I think I'll make some this weekend. Do you use a jerky maker and hamburger? I think I'll buy turkey burger.

Thanks and no,I don't have a jerky maker. I buy flank steak at the grocery and ask them to cut it thin for jerky. I marinate the strips in a variety of marinades and dry it in the dehydrator.
