hello. i have eaten so much already i dont know why!!! i really need to get out of the house and walk or something, my pouch is bottomless today!!

b-protein coffee (30)
s-chicken, cheese, rice (bad!) (35)
l-protein coffee, rest of rice(bad!!!)  (30)
s-2 yogurts!! (10)
d-probably another protein drink (30)

haven't gotten much water in so far because ive been eating non stop! working on vits though

The last weekend, I have been eating pretty horribly..imo..however I went to the gym today and lost 2 pounds!  Go figure!

Today I did well..
omlette for breakfast with porta bella mushrooms, cheese,onion,tomatoe
lunch,
haddock with vegetables
snack
vegetables from lunch
dinner
Activia light yogurt
and homemade tuna fish with cranberries,onion.almonds,celery and tomatoes.
(about 2 tablespoons)

Total calories 815 carbs 45 fat 37 and protein 90

I was  home and was able to figure out where I wanted the calories from.
I love Lent but it will be easier for me to add red meat again to my diet.
I get so full from a smaller amount with beef/lamb.

Today is another day!

L - a chicken thigh
S - SF cheesecake yogurt w/NSA cherry preserves and some ground graham cracker crumbs
D - 5 chicken wings

Vits:  yes
Water:  low... didn't do too well today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

My DH tells me I don't eat enough either but I seem to eat all day long but when I think of what I used to eat, I guess I don't eat much.

3rd Day sticking to the plan...2lb loss so far....Please let it stick!!!

B: Protein Coffee
S: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1/2 oz cheese
L: Chicken Avacado wrap
S: allmonds, yogurt with berries and grape nuts
D: 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 cup green chili chicken enchiladas with refried beens
S: 2 squares of bitter dark chocolate
S: protein hot chocolate

Cal: 1328 (a little higher than I want
Carb: 57
Pro: 124

Water: 48
Vite - YES -- decided to just consider them a meal and use the fullness from them to avoid eating
Miles: not today
