haven't gotten much water in so far because ive been eating non stop! working on vits though
The last weekend, I have been eating pretty horribly..imo..however I went to the gym today and lost 2 pounds! Go figure!
Today I did well..
omlette for breakfast with porta bella mushrooms, cheese,onion,tomatoe
lunch,
haddock with vegetables
snack
vegetables from lunch
dinner
Activia light yogurt
and homemade tuna fish with cranberries,onion.almonds,celery and tomatoes.
(about 2 tablespoons)
Total calories 815 carbs 45 fat 37 and protein 90
Why did Tom say today I eat like a Sparrow when I feel like I eat like a Pig? LOL...
