Menus and Miles Tuesday April 12th
I use all kinds of syrups in my Chocolate to change the taste and it really does work. I love the German Chocolate. I use: Peppermint paddy, Toasted Marshmellow, Carmel, Cinnamon, and Gingerbread.
Do you only use 1/2 scoop in your Protein drinks or is it only 15 grams per scoop?

DH's b-day was yesterday and we are going out tonight. I should have been more diligent in eating light early to compensate but I didn't so my totals are high even without dinner.

What did you end up having for dinner? My DD turned 30 on Saturday. We went to some expensive fish place and I only got an appetizer because I knew I couldn't eat a whole meal and it would be a total waste of money.

We went to Carrabas which was where he wanted to go and I love but doesn't have a lot of healthy choices. I had tomato basil soup, chicken and spinach. I'm sure I brought home at least 2/3-1/2 of everything. I don't mind leftovers so that is fine. The scale always suprises me. This morning I was down a pound. Even with all that I ate yesterday. Just is a reminder that it isn't a day to day trip, it is a long term adventure.
