I've been at the recipes again and yesterday I spent hours in the kitchen prepping for the week ahead. Would you believe me if I told you I have all my breakfasts, snacks, and lunches packed and sorted in the fridge for the week INCLUDING my long day?? Ha...I didn't know who I was yesterday either...lol
Anyways, here's the menu...
B - protein coffee (24g & 117 cal)
S - protein brownie (10g & 89 cal)
S - baked oatmeal & 1/2 turkey breakfast sausage (24.5g & 193 cal) pre-workout snack
L - sundried tomato pesto chicken breast on top of bed of baby greens (12g & 121 cal)
S - protein brownie (10g & 89 cal) after workout snack
S - banana (1g & 105 cal)
D - protein bar (20g & 180 cal)
S - biscotti (3g & 160 cal)
S - sugar free pudding (60 cal)
Protein: 104g
Calories: 1174
Carbs: 55g
Vits: all done
h2o: Well past 96oz...drank lots today
miles: lunch time cardio done (burned 322 cal) & evening run completed (burned 330 cal). Goal to burn 600 cal total...exceeded my goal :)
So my menu should look like this most this week. Just dinner will change and the type of salad for lunch. Kinda boring BUT it is all packed and ready to go...all week...bwhaha :)

We did have fun. The little ones were so good through the whole competition, although a few people moved away from us because they were jumping to the music and shaking the seating area we were in....LOL I just kept apologizing to people. Most were laughing, but a couple weren't. They got to swim and play in the playground on the beach too. Houston got sick on the way home. We figured it was from junk food or car sickness. He's better today.

I didn't do the greek yogurt and crystal lite. I had a stick of pepper jack cheese cooked in the microwave to make the cheese chips and it was delicious!!
I might try the yogurt tomorrow and I'll let you know.
I know last time we went out to eat with both girls and we sat them side by side, they were loud and I'm sure no one other than us wanted to be near them!!

LOL...you are probably right, but I had the I don't care attitude this weekend. I just wanted to smile and enjoy them. I figured there were 100 other seats they could go and seat in if they didn't like a little shaking. It didn't bother me in the least when someone got excited and jumped up and down when their squad did something good.

Those cheer competitions are ruthless, Roz! My girlfriend posted a video on FB of her daughter's team (?) at the Convention Center a couple weeks ago -- I cannot believe how high they throw those girls! What fun that would be...

My DD's use to be fliers and they loved it. Everyone thinks the fliers are the stars but that don't realized it's the girls underneath that make it happen.

Did better yesterday adding in more of a variety of foods...but I have to keep at the protein shakes otherwise I am just not getting enough. Stopped at the store yesterday and picked up some DaVinci Sugarfree syrups to see if that will help change up the chocolate protein that I already have so much of! Bought a german chocolate cake SF syrup and French Vanilla SF syrup. they at least sounded good at the time!

L: canned chicken w/ 1 egg white 150cal and 21g
S: Protein shake 100 cal and 15g
D: Probably the rest of my chicken I couldn't eat at lunch and a cheese stick 60 cal and 8g
S: Protein shake 100 cal and 15g
Total calories 510 and 72g protein
this is a goal....it's a long more than I have been taking in so I'll see if I can get it all down!
