Menus and Miles Tuesday April 12th
Hello to all of my Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!
I can see I have a lot of posts to catch up on!!!!
I enjoyed our weekend away but it's so nice to be back in my routine! I got lots of exercise chasing after the two little ones. They kept DH and I hoping!! With both of them going potty now I did a lot of running back and forth between squads competing....LOL It was tiring but so much fun!!!!
The teams did great! 3 Firsts, 2 seconds, and 1 third. Top 3 is always our goal so it was a pretty successful weekend.
I'm not sure my eating was as successful though. I tried really hard to make good choices for my meals but I ate entirely to many cheesy buns and bread before the meals. I can tell by the way I'm going to the bathroom that I had way to much fat this weekend.
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!! BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Its like medifast, but cheaper and so far, tastier
its premixed foods that are high in protein (such as puddings, shakes, drinks, actual meals, bars) that are set up to be used as a diet plan. I'm using them for supplementation or at least i was until i got sick the other day and used them for meals all day instead (as they are intended, minus the lean and gren meal i would have been allowed had i been awake or able to stomach it).
trying real food now :)

We used to go to Mrytle Beach every year when my girls were little and loved it. I hope the weather is warm for you.
There will definiately be lots of fish, you just have to watch how it's cooked. It's the fresh before the meal you have to watch out for....LOL
Good Menu!!!!
