Love your low carb Menu. Keep after the vitamins--try just the small ones or cut some in half. Now if you're doing chewables...I dunno.

Kind of a wonky day for me today. had to have an EGD and a  CT scan of the chest.

I have developed some spots on my liver that the radiologost doesn't like. I will be having a mammogram tomorrow also.

No results yet from any of the tests,but hope to hear something tomorrow.

I was at the hospital from 930-300 NPO of course except for my IV fluid which no doubt helped.  By the time I got home I was seriously crving comfort food,so I had cream of chicken soup and cheezits,lol.

After a nap I had a protein bar and started drinking fluids.

My carbs are outrageously high and I chose to leave off the vitamins for today. Good thing my protein has bee near 150 on Sat and Sun to off set todays low intake.

B NPO
S IV fluid lol
L at 3pm cream of chix soup and cheezits
S zone perfect bar
D beans rice and cheese
Sdouble protein cocoa.

Cals 1127
Pro 84.5
Carbs T 114.0
N 101.6
Fluids  40 oz and drinking plus IV fluid

You done good today considering you had no food!

The only other low carb ice cream you might look for is Eddys.I think that's how it's spelled. They used to have a good butter pecan low carb ice cream. Maybe you could talk to the diary manager about ordering the Breyer's CarbSmart for you.

Thanks, I'll check on the Eddy's I've seen that there, but have not looked at it closely.
I do need to talk to the person in charge of ordering the ice cream.  I would hope they would get it if requested.

The ones I got have more calories than I like to have for ice cream.  Of course it is getting warmer so I could start making the protein ice cream again...

U guys eat so differently than I do ! Not that its bad ... I just hope that the high fat low fiber thing isnt causing the gallbladder complications .

protein chai tea

protein espresso

fatfree fresh raspberry scones made with fatfree promise butter buds raspberry yogurt - hand kneaded DELICIOUS

2 spiral Virgina ham slices lean meat only ...... 2 fatfree potato latkes

snack - fresh raspberries

dinner - sprouted brown rice , tofu, sprouted peas ,corn , and thin sliced sundried tomato risotto with flaxseed oil - absolutely DELICIOUS .

red wine 1/2 glass

exercise - planted 5 roses ...mulched and landscape fabricked about 25 feet of fence line .

Still have my gall bladder, so far so good. {knock on wood}  I see less gall bladder issues on the DS board than you'd expect. So, I dunno

Mmm...think I'll crank up the fancy coffee maker this weekend and have some protein chai tea and espresso.
