It's the Fage with the fruit split off at the side. I have two more containers of it left, then I'm not getting it anymore. Full of sugar. I bought the big plain Fage at Costco and will put in my own fruit and Truvia. I've had my share of sugar today, that's for sure!

Hi Gina!  How did your dinner go with the DS'ers?

I'm not feeling good.  My sinuses were draining yesterday but today whatever it is has settled into my poor pouch and I have intestinal distress....  Its tender and upsets easily.  Has that kept me from eating?  Nope...

Last night I took some Nyquil Sinus - they were in gelcaps, so I put the cap in my mouth and let it soak in water then bit it - Can you say MAJOR YUK?  So I did it again.  Then I got bad stomach cramps... I can't win!

S - 2 spoons of peanut butter

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Our MADS gathering was really nice. I'd forgotten how good the Maryland crab cakes are at the place we go to in Ellicott City. Almost entirely fresh clump crab. MmmmMmmm!

Sorry you're feeling bad. I use Theraflu hot cider when I get a bad cold. You can add your own sweetener if you want but I don't have to worry about malabsorbing it. It's Tylenol based too. Get some rest and feel better
