It is such a LONG process.... nerve wracking to say the least!  I have had more nights I could not sleep during the last couple months!  What mortgage company are you going with?  We went with Wells Fargo and they have a guarantee that they will finish your financing on or before your scheduled closing date, or they will pay your first month's mortgage.

It looks like we are going to close 4/25, 5 days early now!

We tried with  wells fargo for  6 months  but it took SO  LONG and they  wanted so many things  we finally went with a mortgage broker  who i think is giving us a better interest rate actually .

Theyre called Interstate home loans  out of Melville Long Island .

my day is very confused, so we'll see

DH has a job interview at 4, so I have to pick up the little during my usualy gym time. I was planning to go this morning, but said little one didn't let me get out of the door in time, so I went for a late lunch hour.

This is the plan, we'll see how it goes:
protein: perfect chocolate shake 23g protein
breakfast: breakfast "cookie" with 1/4c cottage cheese 15g protein
snack: baked cheese bar and 1 oz green peppers 5.2g protein
lunch: edamame, tvp, and ground turkey with 1 babybel mini cheese all mushed together into a makeshift casserole 25.1g protein ate half of this
snack: popped cheese 5g protein
dinner: wings at buffalo wing factory~ ginormous mistake, DH and I are both ill and I didn't even eat that many
dessert:

might skip the pm snack since it's an hour until that and eat my lunch at that time instead, jury is still out. focus 28 is due to be delivered today, so that's why it's a question mark, may eat something from it, just don't sure which. Thinking about the dark choc marshmallow pudding though.. mmm

7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Everything sounds great. You are doing some creative stuff there and your protein is good.

So far eating real food has gone well.  I was cleared last Thursday and have ventured out to try a few new things.  All have set well with me, only time I got sick was over the weekend. On Saturday I chewed up my vits and didn't think about it (that I hadn't eaten anything).  I was vomiting within a matter of minutes :(

B: 1/2 greek yogurt sprinkled with crystal light  60 cal and 8g protein
S: Nectar Fuzzy Navel 100 cal  and 23g/p
L: scrambled egg  70cal and 6g/p
S: Choc Protein Shake: 100 cal and 15g/p
D: Tuna 3oz w/ 1t olive oil mayo  136 cal and 20g/p

Total calories 466, total protein 72g

Lots of errands to run after work so no workout today. Looking at joining the YMCA so my daughter can swim while I workout :)

Beautiful day here and so far, pretty productive.  Pulled weeds, sprayed the pasture, rode the pony and have Zumba tonight.  Now if I could just get motivated to get some work done before Zumba.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  26g
bacon, egg  9g
steak, veggies  17g
beef boneless ribs, salad  25g
protein drink  26g

totals
calories  683
protein  104
carbs, net  8

May have to add a late afternoon snack before Zumba but have the room in the totals to do that if I need to.
