Fitness Fun - April 11

Good morning LWs

It is a Monday...how was everyone's weekend? I had a decent relaxing one. I get these notifications on my heart rate monitor on the progress of the prior weeks workout...and last week I exercised 2855 calories. That's not bad huh This week I want to hit the 3500 calories mark. That's a pound exercised. Hehe let's see if I can do that.

My quads and hips are protesting yesterday's run but I will be showing them who's boss. Lol. After coffee consumption I will be going to the gum for another 1 hr cardio blast goal is to hit at least 600 cal burn.

What about you today? Whatcha got going on?

Good morning! I can't workout for a while (besides walk which I am doing tons of) but I ran into a personal trainer I used to use and she talked me into starting tennis when I'm ok to workout again, I'm really excited about it! Also found this class at the gym that I am going to start when I am better. I figured if I'm doing tennis, this class and running I should finish my goal quickly! :) Here is the link to the class, it looks fun!!

So far I've done my floor exercises, walked the pasture with the backpack sprayer killing weeds, ridden Poppy and will go to Zumba tonight.  Woo Hoo spring.

Today is a scheduled rest day and considering my legs are so sore I can barely walk, that's fine with me. If it stays decent out, I might try to get in an evening walk just to loosen up. I need Tylenol!
