Bifera iron supplement? Anybody tried it??? I just got  a bottle yesterday. Not sure if I should be taking it or not but my iron is ususally low. I have been tired and  iritable lately not sure if this could be it but thought I would try it and see if it helps. Could just be LIFE!~ I bought an iron supplement a while back but it was too big couldn't hardly swallow it and it definately didnt seem to help. Bifera is about the size of a tylenol it seems to go down good. Too early to tell the benefits but I didn't seem as tired this mid day as I have been lately.

That's a pretty good one but you might want to snap it into 2 pieces and take that way. It contains both heme iron and polysaccharide iron. The poly can make some people constipated so watch out for that. The heme causes the least intestinal issues for most folks and is more absorbable than anything going. I've only seen it at Walgreens around here.

I got mine at walgreens too. It was expensive but if it helps me keep up with my crazy life it will be worth it.
