Fitness Fun - April 12th
Ok, who pushed the fast button on time here...it is almost mid April....jeesh...
How are you all doing? Today is a cardio only day. I am going to split out my workout between lunch and evening. At lunch I think I will do the elliptical and tonight after work go for a jog. I must remember to stretch today. My body sure tightens up when I do not stretch....

i gardened this morning a bit - picked up the row cover over the seedlings and put down bird netting , watered and have yet to transplant broccoli , beets , purple and white kohlrabi and swiss chard ( and a whole PILE of strawberries , peppers , tomatoes ( do i DARE ? )

I got to Curves this morming expecting to do my normal workout but it was Zumba morning. I usually am much earlier and didn't remember the time for class. So I did 1/2 hr of Zumba instead of the curcuit. Then meetings.
