Height 5' 5".  Start point 254.  DH's goal: 154.  My guess: 144.  Insurance goal: 134.  Currently bouncing around 130-135.

Like I said, I consider it a date, alas, if only for a few fleeting moments. 
My DH and the surgeon's wife would beg to differ, I'm sure!
 
Truthfully, I'm just so grateful he's a good surgeon. Good surgeon, kind person, great attention to detail, good work ethics, great staff..... I don't know what more I could ask for.  I recommend him and his team if anyone in the area needs a surgeon.

I agree with Gina. There are essential fatty acids and essential amino acids (proteins), but there are no essential carbs. The brain doesn't need carbs -- it does need calories.

I don't agree about upping your calories either. I think we should eat as little as we can and still maintain our desired activity level. For me, that was 700-900 calories for much of the losing phase and I didn't get up to 1200 until I was very near goal and working out 6-10 hours a week.

 Hehehe. I'm sure you can tell your weight loss by non-tech things too. But, it's funny that it shows on the mammo, too. Congrats on your successes.
