Yesterday, I had a busy busy busy day.
I had one Protein shake, 1 Sam Adams beer, 1 slice of Papa Gino's pizza and 2 slices of Eggplant pizza from Bertuccis. Some edamame.. I was up at 5am and didn't get to bed until 11pm.
I was in charge of the Wood painting room at my son's school, then 2 birthday parties one after the other. and my feet ache and I made the best choices available to me..and I didn't eat the crust of the second slice of Bertucci's pizza.
well,..okay, I could not had the beer...
B - coffee so far and 2 pieces of bacon 1 protein coffee
L - 1/2 omelet
S - click protein drink
D - stuffed mushrooms, shiratake noodles with seafood alfredo sauce (just a little)
S - a few adult beverages

miles: 692 burned burned baby. Ran 4 miles on treadmill followed by 3 miles on elliptical (high intensity)
