Not sure about my eats again today.  Yesterday I had crab and shrimp and I chose vegetables as my sides so today will probably be similar.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50g)
2nd B - 1/2 an egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on a deli flat and a protein coffee (25g)
L - going to eat with a bunch of DSrs (MADS)...no telling! Update: Maryland crab cake and fresh corn fritters
D - 2 chicken drum sticks
S - protein shake (25g)

Hi everyone,
Yesterday, I had a busy busy busy day.

I had one Protein shake, 1 Sam Adams beer, 1 slice of Papa Gino's pizza and 2 slices of Eggplant pizza from Bertuccis. Some edamame.. I was up at 5am and didn't get to bed until 11pm.

I was in charge of the Wood painting room at my son's school, then 2 birthday parties one after the other.  and my feet ache and I made the best choices available to me..and I didn't eat the crust of the second slice of Bertucci's pizza.

well,..okay, I could not had the beer...

Hi Roz!  Not sure whats on my menu today.  I've got sinuses draining and my throat is sore and scratchy.  as of my edit time, still not feeling that well. 

B - coffee so far and 2 pieces of bacon 1 protein coffee
L - 1/2 omelet
S - click protein drink
D - stuffed mushrooms, shiratake noodles with seafood alfredo sauce (just a little)
S - a few adult beverages

Vits  yes
Water a bit behind

Here's the plan:

B: Protein cofee, HB egg, 1/2 slice of chedder
S: Carbmaster yogurt, berries, and a sprinkling of grapenuts
L: chicken, refried beans, sour cream, on 1/2 of a tomato basil wrap had 2 table spoons of rice instead
S: protein shake - only got 1/2 down...forgot how full a shake can make me
D :roast chicken and squash and 1/4 cup of stuffing
S: 6-8 pork rinds, 1 slice chedder cheese, 3 slices genoa salami

good morning.really frustrated this morning about many things and not being able to exercise is one of them, which in turn is keeping me frustrated lol. still eating like poo poo. back to doing a ridiculous amount of homework...which by the way, i emailed all of my intructors about what happened to be able to turn my homework in late and not one approved of it. are you kidding? so just trying to focus on doing homework while on pain meds

RNY (16 mos post op - hoping to lose the last 8lbs)

B - protein coffee (36g & 167)
S - clementine (35 cal)
L - blackened chicken breast 2oz ceasar salad (12g & 95 cal)
S - biscotti (3g & 160 cal)
S - protein shake (36g & 167 cal)
D - ?? salad of some sort
S - maybe some sf pudding (60 cal)

protein: 88g w/o dinner
calories: 667 w/o dinner

vits: on track
h2o: kickin' it back :)
miles: 692 burned burned baby. Ran 4 miles on treadmill followed by 3 miles on elliptical (high intensity)
