If it is, I'm driving the MGB with the top down today! WOOT!!  Are you doing anything this week that you've held off doing during the long winter?

Y'all have a great Monday. Have a safe trip home today, Roz.

It was in the 80's at the driving clinic, sounds like spring to me.  And Sat night we had a springtime thunder storm.

Riding/driving the ponies and meetings and paperwork are on my agenda for the week.  Everything is planted that can be early.  We can still have frost here until the middle of May so I wait for all the warm weather babies.  But I'm picking lettuce for a salad for lunch today.  Yum.

Spring was here Sat and Sun, but its back to "pre-spring" temps for the rest of the week.  Hit 79 and I ended up in shorts and a t-shirt!  Got the bikes out and started - took them for a small spin.

Have fun with the MGB!

It got to the mid 80's here yesterday and 84 on Friday so we are well into Spring but we could still see a cool snap yet.

Not much I'm doing now that I held off because of winter, mostly doing it because I was too fat or just out of surgery before now. :)

Decided the downstairs bath, which also has wallpaper had to get redone. Have enough paint so buying paint is not on the adjenda. All I have to do is pull off the wallpaper, sand it down, and paint. Not redoing the floor or anything in there at this time. JUST the walls.

I figured if we had mold hiding behind the wallpaper in one bath, who is to say there isn't mold hiding behind the wallpaper in that one as well?

Actually, I may have enough of the sage green we used in the bedroom down there for that project, that way they go together. :)

It's spring off and on right now in Northern California.  I got a pedicure yesterday in prep for sandals.  This morning it's close to 50 degrees and it's not raining so I'm walking 3 miles to work.  Tonight I'll be able to walk to WW meeting.   I love being able to walk places.  To me, that's really spring.

I went clothes shopping for spring clothes yesterday.  I hate linen because of the ironing factor but ended up with a bag full.  To those of you that love to shop, all I can say is WOW.  I kept mentally rewarding myself by telling me that I won't need to come back for awhile.  I went to Nordstrom's for a bra fitting that was very eye opening.  While I may be a 34 now, I've never even heard of the bra cup sizes that she had me in.  The girls are leaving but apparently, not all that quickly!

It was a beautiful day yesterday.   We went for a drive thru the mountains.  Its gorgous out right now too, but I think rain/storms are coming this afternoon.  Yesterdays weather made me realize how much I need to go shopping for new spring/summer clothes.  Cindy

Shot, we are supposed to get snow here in Northern Alberta tonight. We have had the snow melting so well that I was hoping it was done. Today's high will be 36°F

This week I have to convince my daughter to come to Southern Ontario with the kids and then I can enjoy warmer weather. I wish I knew a way to help her get over her morning sickness and then I could just go home. I love being with the grandchildren but my usual limit of being away from home is 2 weeks and I am passed that already. Her hubby told my daughter I could stay the whole 9 months if needed. I think I could never be gone from home that long, besides can anyone imagine living with their son-in-law for that long. Is a good man, but long term I see the flaws more clearly.

Gotta go my granddaughter is playing with my batwings

You can never tell here in Nebraska what the weather will bring. Today and tomorrow are supposed to be in the 60's then a front is supposed to move in and possible snow on Thursday and Friday???? Go figure, life in the midwest. But as long as it is "decent" I have been taking the dog out walking/jogging daily.

It was beautiful here yesterday afternoon and today.  We are suppose to get some pretty bad weather here tonight.

I'm ready for spring.  I did my pedicure last week and have been wearing my sandals already.
