My 3-4 week stall finally broke and I am happy about that.
Added exercise and trying to get above the 60 grams protein each day......(meet the 60 every day though).....
Constipation came into play again and I went up 1.5 pounds mid week but that came down and lost the .8 from yesterday. Not obsessing but thinking about weighing once a week soon.....
So glad though that the scale is going down again.....I should have measured inches from the beginning as I am definitely changing....

This week: 110.7 !!!
Minus: -2.4 for the week.
I don't know why the weight dropped so much this week. I exercised less, because I was feeling tired and after two kick ass sessions with my trainer, I was pooped. My calories have been going up to the 900-950 range, from 800-850. Had a couple of good bowel movements. LOL!! Who knows, but I'll take it. I am almost at 110. Hard to believe. 110 is where my PCP thought I should be, but I didn't know, if I could reach it. Almost there.
