And altho I think I am going nowhere this week, the stats this week tell me otherwise, LOL
Last Sunday: 163.8
This Sunday: 160.4

Total: -3.4 lbs

Not a bad week at all and I've been stuck at 160.4 for two days.

I am keeping shedding the pounds. Last week I weighed 192.2. This week I weigh 187.6!!!!!!! Net loss 4.6 lbs!!!!!!!!!

Stayed put this week at 136. BMI of 23. Happy with that. :)

Down to 157.4 a 2.6 pound loss for me this week!! That's the most I have lost now in some time..I bumped up my calories this week to around 1,000 as opposed to 600-800 range..not really on purpose but just because I was home and grazing..I think I need to really try to get more towards the 1,000 range..

Your body must have thought it was starving so it was holding on to every oz it could, then you gave it more food so it shed some weight. Sounds like a good plan...

What I would do is stay at 1000 for a couple more weeks, then drop down again, otherwise your body will get too comfortable at 1000 and start holding on there. But drop down in a couple of weeks, then 2-3 weeks later, go back to 1000, and keep that cycle up.

As hard as it is for me to navigate the travel, I am realizing that I can still lose on the road with a little planning and good choices.
