Thanks for the help today Gina! The trip took us 3 hours longer than it should have because of the bumper to bumper traffic around Richmond. My girls wanted to stop and eat but we should have kept driving until we were through there.
Good Menu! Only 1 walk and 20 push-ups??? Because of the weather?? Are you feeling OK???

Yeah, my first menu posting now that I can have something other than liquids!
B: Protein coffee w/ scoop unjury & 1/2c milk (39g)
S: 1egg scrambled (
L: Syntrax Fuzzy Navel (23g) w/ 24oz water
S: calcium chew
D: Strawberry Protein Shake w/ skim milk 23g
Protein: 93
I started on vitamins yesterday and they seem to go down well. I have also ventured out and tried string cheese and the scrambled eggs. No visits from the puke monster yet so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Last night did 20 minutes on the Precor Eliptical at the gym. Sweated like a little piggy but felt great (was worried I may pass out when I stepped off it!).

Good job on the Protein! I'm glad you did good on the scrambled eggs. Alot of people of trouble with those. You would think they would go down so easy.

I have a busy weekend,so I'm posting what I ate today this evening.
I did go to the gym, did a circuit strenght training class and walked for a half an hour/mostly quick walking.
I took all my vitamins and my anti-biotics.
Finally, I'm feeling better, I went to a Lenten meal at the church and had the fish and salad. It was great to get all the nice feedback about my weight loss. I still have a way to go, but I can see the results and this way, I can definately have more hope for the future!

Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz
Sugar Free Halls Cough Drops, 1 serving

Thank you! Yes it sure does!
I actually changed my goal weight to 124 now that I really think I have a chance at getting there.
My doctors goal weight was 140 and at the time I was thinking yeah right..I'd be happy with 150. That was the least amount I've weighed in the last 8 years. I'm still 166 but I really think I have a shot, with my surgery, and you my support system!
I love you al!

good evening...didn't really get protein in today since i'm feeling pretty down today after surgery...did focus on getting all of my fluids in and my vitamins but just had 1C of clam chowder between lunch and dinner. tomorrow should be better! got up and walked around a few times to get all of the gas moving since i am extremely bloated and up 8lbs!
