Heading for Virginia Beach this morning. I'm not sure what my menu's going to be like this weekend but I'm determined to think PROTEIN!!!! We are hoping the van makes it without any problems like last weekend.
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!! BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

I'm feeling much better today, yesterday went okay..today I'm hoping that I can be back in the swing of things. Protein Protein Protein!! I'm going back to the gym today for the first time this week.

I dumped so hard after the pizza and ice cream..which I only took 1 bite of.. I ate the cheese and not the bread.. God give me the will power not to eat this crap!!

Not feeling very awake or hungry this morning, but here we go
Consumed:
Breakfast: 1/2 ProStar Cookies n Creme shake 60 calories, 13g protein
Snack: 1/8 flax muffin with 1/8c cottage cheese (had that planned at 1/4 of each, but got full/bored halfway through and couldn't finish) 57.2 calories, 7.3g protein
Lunch: 1/4 light spinach flatout, 1.5 slc FF turkey breast, .25 TB light asian sesame dressing, sprinkle mexican blend cheese 56 calories, 8.5g protein
Planned:
Snack: JtC cheddar bar 75 calories, 5g protein
Dinner: 4 crustless mini quiche parm ranch turkey spinach flavored (then grocery shopping)
96.5 calories, 12g protein
Snack: 1/4 flax muffin w/ SF FF pudding 1/4 cup 140.8 calories, 8g protein
Will do other 1/2 of shake pre-workout at Curves after work, vites, drinks, protein: 120 calories, 16g protein
totals: 605calories, 20g fat, 32.3g carbs (26.9g net), 68.9g protein
if i can't finish the last snack of the day, i will add in a half a protein shake before bed
