Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Last work day for me..YEAH!!  We are off to Virginia Beach for a Cheer Comp. It's also my youngest's 30th Birthday so we will be celebrating Saturday Eve.  Any suggestions on where to eat that's nice but won't be super fancy and extremely expensive. 

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

good morning. pouch is grumpy again. drank 1/4 of a protein smoothie this morning and my stomach is cramping and im very nauseous. might call to make an apt with my surgeon

We are headed to my parents today after work.  We are giving my mom a surprise 80th birthday party.  All the grand & great grandkids will be there along with family I have not seen in years.  Should be a fun time if everyone stays nice!!

Have a great weekend and don't forget to wave in the general direction of Leesburg on your trek (whether you pass it or not)

Had abdominal ultrasound at 930 this morning, guess what, NPO after midnight. Grr
So my day is a little wacky, bear with me

Prepared 1 scoop mint cookie with half scoop perfect chocolate and a drizzle of creme de menthe syrup for after the testing. I drank close to half (hubs had a few gulps too) will finish the rest later
200 cal, 30 protein

Came home, made brunch: 1/2 light spinach flat out, 1 egg, 1 egg white, some mexican blend cheese and ground turkey (ate half of this): 101 calories, 11g protein

Went price shopping with the hubs since I didn't feel like going into work yet, came home nibbled on a homeade protein bar. A full piece is 170 calories, 15g protein ate most of one

At work now, have 2 snacks to eat if I get hungry

Flax Muffin with 1/4 cottage cheese 130 calories, 15g protein

Jello Salad, 114 calories, 9g protein

Dinner: thai peanut wings (made at home), raw carrots 271 calories, 28g protein

No dessert planned as of yet

1032 calories, 112g protein

walking around stores for exercise this am

got 2 calciums left

drinking steadily

**edit: forgot the protein powder added to homeade flaxmuffin

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future
