Thanks so much Lee, I will stay updating. I actually just called my surgeon yesterday morning to make an appointment for next week and he called me back and said come in immediately. So I was glad I called when I did.
 
Also, Did you ever have your 1 year post-op or is that coming soon? I remember you saying it had to be pushed back a couple of months and you were concerned with could have been hypoglycemia.

I was so concerned about your health that I forgot to mention how TERRIFIC your entire abdomen looks.  You don't appear to have any loose skin at all!  I'd like to trade ages with you please.  :)

I had my 1 year follow up last week and the doc was thrilled with my results.  I'm getting closer to a normal BMI which will be celebrated big time.  You'll probably hear me hoop and holler, all the way up north!  My blood work is all great and I've been feeling fantastic.  Not sure what was going on those weeks ago, but whatever it is has cleared up.  Surgeon is urging me to go get plastics consult whenever I want, but I'm waiting for that normal BMI or at least closer.

Rest well and follow your doctors orders!

Thank you Lee! I'm pretty bloated actually, I came home 8lbs heavier and it all went to my belly and boobs, it's weird not having a boney chest again haha. I am concerned though that once I lose the rest of my belly it might be saggy, we will see though!

Good to hear about your follow up was great...those are all great things! When do you go back for your next follow up with your surgeon? I was kind of surprised that I don't go for another year (minus this little incident this week)! Thanks I'll be resting much and taking it easy! :)

Well, I don't know where you're hiding those 8 pounds!

Surgeon put in for me to have labs next February, so I guess I don't see him until then.  Hopefully I won't have any reason to see him.  He did say that if I ended up having plastics, to definitely come back to show him.
