Good morning LW's

Another snow storm passing through today. I feel like crawling back into bed and NOT going anywhere. But gotta earn the kibble right? Good news is tomorrow is Friday and we can start planning for the weekend right?

My legs are so sore today. I have been working the elliptical on high intensity and I can feel it in my quads, hips, and butt. I use the upper body too so shoulders are 'feeling' it too but not anywhere near the legs. they are protesting today...hahaha. Tonight I will be going to the gym for another session so I better do some stretches, eh?

Here is a challenge for us today!!  Today, take a moment for YOU and stretch out our bodies and mind. There really is no reason why we can't do this one today LW's. Even if you have to go hide out in the bathroom...Stretch wide and stretch out those muscles. Then take a moment to just breath deep and clear the mind for 1 minute...maybe 2 minutes if you can handle it.

What are you doing today for fitness fun?

Have a great day everyone!!

I finished running 4k this morning. I purchased a Garmin Forerunner on Tuesday and set it up yesterday and ran with it today. I am hoping it will assist in my training for 10k. It's gonna be a lovely summer of running. I am so happy to be out every other day first thing in the morning.

Had my grandchildren stretching with me this morning. It was so cute at 2 and 4. We will walk downtown to get groceries to get them out of the house so their Mom can rest.

I really don't notice the days of the week other than Sunday while I am with the grandchildren. Every day is a holiday even if I am the chief cook and bottle washer in the household at this time. Hopefully my daughter's morning sickness will get better soon.

This was a yoga day and I found out why it has been sooooo much harder than my first two classes. The teacher had problems with her knee for a few days, so they were "easy" classes. I really felt the stretches today and was floundering most of the class. I will stick with it, because I know I need it.

Have  a houseguest, but still going for classes.

I have pilates tonight, after 2 kickass workouts with the trainer on Mon/Wed. She added more cardio and the workouts were faster pace, than they usually are. I was really tired on Tuesday. I'm starting to increase my calories some. I think I need them, if the intensity of the workouts increases. I'm getting pretty close to where I want to be, so I think it is okay.

I did my stretches and floor exercise this morning.  Then I got lots of bending and turning while clipping the pony.  I was covered with hair and he was standing there all cool and cute.  It would have been too hot for him to work in a heavy coat this weekend.

Ava here is one of me and Poppy from a few years ago. I will see if I can get someone to take one this weekend of Chili. I don't have many of him since we have never done much competition and it has always been freezing.
