Have you reached the 100 pound loss mark yet?  Your ticker says you are super close!

As long as you are keeping track of the carbs I'm happy..... Carbs are a problem for me but I'm not into exercise so that's what I have to sacrifice.

Hello! Wednesday!  My landlady is showing a potential renter our "current" house tonight, so no matter what we GOT to be out by May 1st!!  So far the bank tells me we are still on track for 4/29 closing on the new house... I hope so!!!

I think we should buy stock in Wendy's since we both eat so much Wendy's chili.  I've had it twice this week.

I see you have "protein coffee". What are you adding to your coffee. I"ve tried some powders and they just seem to clump up.

The trick is to mix the powder in some warm water, about 1/4 c to make a slurry.  Then add that to your coffee like you would creamer.  I like plain vanilla or add some cinnamon or a SF syurp to flavor it.  I would have a hard time without my protein decaf each morning. 
I do the same thing when making Lemon Tea Nectar hot or hot chocolate.

Sorry, I haven't been back on-line since yesterday.

I use the Syntrax Nectar Cappaccino and mix 1 scoop with some creamer and a little water to make a mixture and then pour that into my hot coffee.  Mixing it first keeps it from clumping.

Good luck - I love my coffee every morning!!

HAHA......   I just love the stuff!  Fast food at it's best...LOL I keep forgetting to ask for the cheese though.

Roz, I wouldn't waste my calories with the cheese.  I don't know why I keep ordering it, it doesn't add anything much to the taste!!

I just got to the hotel in SF.  It is a beautiful sunny day but no time for play.  I have a presentation in the morning and lots of reviewing to do today!

B- protein drink (40 g) and decaf skinny latte (13 g)
S- greek yogurt with jelly (I found it at O'Hare!!!)  (15 g)
L- 3 oz turkey chili and a few bites of ceasar salad  at SF Soup Co (7 g)
S- crisps made of cheese (7 g) and decaf iced skinny latte (8 g)
