Menus and Miles Wed. April 6th
1. today is day 7 of not eating dairy (besides soy milk and my whey protein), preservatives, grains (besides spinach) and i feel so much better. I love love love cheese and most foods with preservatives BUT i feel so great not eating them...eating fresh prepared food has made a huge difference in my energy level and how i feel (besides the pou*****ident yesterday)
2.I am doing a research project on body dysmorphia for a psychology class so if anyone deals with body dysmorphia and feels comfortable with me asking them a few questions, please message me :)

s-unsalted macadamia nuts(2)
water and vits, bike ride to the tanning bed (about 6 miles round trip)

I tried unsweetened almond milk by Silk in my protein shakes at the support group last night. I liked it and it's only 1 carb per cup. All the folks drinking skim milk and getting all those carbs, try the unsweetened almond milk.

S - Fage yogurt w/fresh strawberries & blueberries and a protein coffee (25g)
S - baby carrots & celery w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - baked fish & mashed cauliflower

evening batch: done

MILES:
2 - 15 minute walk and 40 push-ups

Today is my long day...so I probably brought way too many things to eat but....here is my menu
RNY (maintenance mode...kinda...lol)
b - biscotti (3g & 160 cal)
s - oatfit oatmeal w/1 egg white (9g & 167 cal)
l - albacore tuna and some lettuce w/mini pitas (26g & 160 cal)
s - protein bar & piece of fruit (20g & 180 cal)
d - salad topped with homemade turkey chili (10g & 170 cal)
s - protein bar & piece of fruit (20g & 250 cal)
protein: 88g
calories: 1087
vits: on track
h2o: swimming...lol doing great
miles: 45 min cardio today @ lunch...

I like the Calorie and protein total but wondering what the carb total was..... You are still losing so it must be working for you...I'd be gaining for sure.

My carb totals yesterday were high by wls standards I guess (137g) but I also have been burning around 600+ calories daily with exercise so I am not so worried about it for yesterday's totals.
I'm not really losing but maintaining right now...
