Glad you got your drains out!  They were the absolute pits for me.  I had 3 of them, Dr took 2 out the first week and left the other one.  I ended up coming home and it was leakiing/bleeding.  The output was low so I called and asked if I could take it out.  He said "have somene help you"... umm.. my 20 year old son wouldn't be much help so I did it myself.  Piece of cake compared to the other 2..

Sounds like you're doing great!

The "holes" from the drains are messing with me mentally and I swear I can still feel them in me.
Both of my drains leaked and I had no ouput on the left. The right drain did drain, but it was down to 1.5ML

Glad you're home! Yeah, the drains SUCK BIG TIME. I finally put a gauze pad over the drain holes, not so much because of the oozing after removal, but so that I wouldn't obsess over them. By the next day, I was ok with it and took the (unstained) gauze off.

Hang in there, things WILL get better!

I made my own little band aid to cover them - I used a cotton pad and medical tape to cover the holes!
