Fitness Fun - April 5th
Good morning LW's,
Today has already started "off track" for me so I am doing everything in my power to stay focused and get my workout in today. If I am successful, I will be able to get an hour cardio in tonight. It will be late but will do it. I think my dinner tonight will be a protein shake so not to fill the pouch right before bedtime...

Floor exercises and weights done, curves this evening. It is way cold and gusty, horrible wind so no playing with the ponies.

Today was my third yoga class. New teacher and waaaay harder than the first two. I couldn't do several poses at all. The teacher was patient, but the nicest thing was a guy came up to me after class and said not to get discouraged, he started out as badly.
I know yoga is needed. Combined with three days a week on weight machines and the rowing machine, I'll get better and better at movement and balance. I did some yard work this weekend. It was so much easier with 60 fewer pounds and some upper body strength.

I do some yoga with the Wii but wish there was a local cheap class I could do. I also do some stretches the Chrio has me doing. Good for you with all you are doing.
