Menus and Miles Tues. April 5th
Doing well this week...I fell off the vitamin wagon for a few days when I was on vacation. Feels good to be back on track :)
B: Protein coffee
S: Baby Belle Cheese Lite
L: hardboiled egg, oh yeah bar
D: one meatball , .3 c spinach
S: greek yogurt, .3 cup kashi

2nd day of painful pouch. I think it was the real mayonnaise in almost a pint of lobster salad eaten over two days .
2 protein espressos inmorning -
one in afternoon
2 eggs with toast and ff promise in morning
real fresh mozzarell and fresh bread crust for lunch
bit of cranberry orange cake in the afternoon
big caesar salad with hot marinated mushrooms , almost fat free almond papperjack ( 2 ounces ) snow pea pods and fresh sliced tomato from the window with fat free blue cheese dressing for dinner

When you aren't used to all that fat it probably would upset your tummy. Did it take you awhile to get used to the FF? The cheese seems so rubbery that I just can't bring myself to do it.

Hi all,
Still sick to my stomach. Today I see my doctor.
No voice still, stomach cramps, fever, chills and feeling pretty crappy.
I had
1 protein shake for breakfast
1 bowl of homemade vegetable soup with shrimp added into it for protein
1 cup of lentils and rice sauteed with carmelized onions.
lots of water all day.
vitamins taken
no excercise today.
I don't know the amounts but I will say that my stomach really liked the lentils and rice..
Probably too much carbs but I really needed it because today my consipation became extremem diarahea.. man I'm a mess
