Menus and Miles Tues. April 5th
Hi Roz,
It stormed here last night for about 3-4 hours. Poor Little Willie had us up during the storm. He gets so upset. He has some pills that we give him to help him calm down, but we gave it to him before we went to bed and it had worn off before the storm started. I bet he is in his bed sleeping all day now - I wish I were at home sleeping. It is cold here today. Board meeting tonight and then I have to wor****il 8pm.

b - protein shake (24g & 117 cal)
s - 3oz burger patty w/cheese stick (16.5g & 290 cal)
l - wendy's apple pecan chick salad (17g & 170 cal)
s - wendy's small chili (14g & 190 cal)
d - ?? probably protein shake (24g & 117 cal) since I will be working out late tonight.
protein: 95.5
cals: 884
vits: done
h2o: 72oz down...more to come
miles: 1hr cardio scheduled today...
