Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

It's already afternoon and I'm just getting a chance to start the post.  I hope I didn't miss any of our morning posters!! 

We had terrible rain storms yesterday and today is so cold...I'm so looking forward to a little sunshine in Virginia Beach this weekend.

We got lots of different suggestions for our Protein Drinks yesterday.   How about snacks...what's your favorit Protein snack for on the go?  I love Jerky because it doesn't slide right down and it's not gone in a split second.  Early out when I was on soft foods but I needed to chew my DH suggested jerky and it really worked.  I would chew all of the flavor out of it and then spit it out. It's still my go to food when we are on a trip and everyone wants to get a snack when we stop for gas.

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon :)

Rain is in the forecast for VA for the foreseeable future, but let's hope that changes :)

Protein: 1/2 matrix perfect chocolate shake, with 1/2 tsp chocolate fiber 12g protein
Curve's

Breakfast: 1/2 homeade flax muffin, 1/2 cup cottage cheese: 19.2g protein

Snack: focus 28 creamy hot cocoa with a small splash of creme de menthe syrup: 12g protein

Lunch: Egg salad (1 whole egg, 1 egg white~2nd yolk in DH's sandwich~with 1/2 tb mayo with olive oil), 1 corn thin (flax, multigrain), 2 baby carrots, 1/2 colby jack cheese stick: 14g protein

Snack: just the cheese bar, 2 baby carrots (craving crunchy towards end of work day) 5.1g protein

Protein: 1/2 matrix perfect chocolate shake, with 1/2 tsp chocolate fiber 12g protein
Six week six pack video

Dinner: Gardein Mandarin Orange Chik'n with broccoli and soy sauce: 23g protein

Snack: Jello Salad 9g protein

totals: 1085 calories, 42g fat, 76.9g carbs (56.1 net), 105g protein

so far this is working out, not hungry at all :)

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

I think it's suppose to be warmer in PA than it is in VA, but just seeing the beach and water will make it feel warmer.  I hope there are some flowers blooming somewhere.  Everything looks so drab in PA.

Hello,  Dreary here today... calling for sun tomorrow though!  I need to just throw away the cookies in our house, I've been having a couple (off plan) each night... no one in the house needs them, I am tossing them as soon as I get home!

I can't have cookies in the house.  A couple of days ago I even got in DGS's chocolate teddy graham bears...I was so mad at myself!!!

Rainy here in Chicago, rainy in SF where I travel tomorrow. As long as the plane takes off in the morning, I will be happy. I am going to mix in a little pleasure with business, and check out the Eileen Fisher outlet in SF with a friend tomorrow night. I can hardly wait!

We just noticed a Penny's outlet on our way home from Columbus last weekend.  We are going to make sure we save a little extra time on our next trip.   I'm not crazy about Penny's but I like the word outlet....LOL

Do you eat your greek yogurt plain?  I just can't get it done plain.

My DD started doing some kind of exercise video and I've been thinking about doing it with her.  Cheer Comp. season is coming to an end so I'll have lots of extra (boring) time on my hands.
