Halfway to goal

Back in June, 2010 when I first started my journey, I weighed in at 203. I set my goal weight to 120, I just realized as of today, 9 weeks out, I am half way to my goal.

Not to shabby.

and Normal is only 18 lbs away.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Pretty amazing, Liz! I think that you'll see that you'll feel better than ever once you reach "normal". The way I felt better at that range helped me to understand something of what that whole BMI scale is all about. Anyway, you're doing fabulously. Congrats!
