Menus and Miles Monday April 4th
Part of my problem this weekend was having all 4 DGD with us and we just ate what was the easiest things we could get on the run. The 2 yr. old always goes to the comps. so I'm used to feeding her but add 2 older ones (with their own opinions) plus a new baby it proves to be challenging.
You must have had a little protein in your cheese. When you drink your Protein I don't think you have to worry so much about having protein foods every meal.
I always order mine when I open my last jug. Other than buying my GNC chocolate I should have enough to last me for about 6 months.

I'm sneaking in a post today. I come in and read most days, but I need to get back into posting my 'eats' for the day again. I have been sloppy about my protein intake and writing it down is the only way to keep on top of it.
Breakfast- coffee
Lunch- 4 ounces taco beef, 1 ounce cheese, 2 ounces lettice 35g
Snack- diet cocoa Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa, 1/2 teaspoon baking cocoa, one blue packet) and one orange
Plan for Dinner- 4 ounces chicken, 2 ounces mixed vegetables 28g
one homemade oatmeal cookie (gotta feed the tigar)
Taco's....that sound good. I haven't had that for awhile.

HI all,
Very sick still today. Nose running, sore throat with a dry hacking cough. stomach pains, headache, aches and pain AND to add to it all, I have serious constipation. I actually gave up on the Activia and took an exlax pill this morning. Hope it helps.
I did go to the gym like a dummy.. and took my vitamins and got in lots of water..but not much else.
Breakfast:
Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz
Kraft Natural Cheese - Mild Cheddar Cheese Stick, 1.5 serving
Lunch:
California Rolls (Store Bought - 4 pieces), 1 serving
Dinner:
Home Made Vegetable Soup, 2 serving I made this at home with all fresh ingredients, celery,tomatoes,mushrooms,onion,garlic,peppers,red and green, water, salt and pepper to taste.
CALORIES About 500 Protein about 16..not enough I know..but I couldn't get the Protein drink down that I made. I tried.
