I'm so excited for you Mara!!!   Is it in move in condition or do you have to fix it up a bit.  I remember our first house and how exciting it was.  That was 37 years ago and I think we paid $12,000.00 for it....LOL.  Our house payment was only $181.00 but that was alot back then.

You are right about the confidence.  I feel like a new person inside and out.

Awesome Total!!!!

Thanks Roz, yes we are SO EXCITED!  I so badly wanted to get into our own home before my daughter starts kindergarten, which she will fall 2012!  We are right down the street from where she will go too!  Yes, move in ready!  We need to change out some wall paper and paint, but that's it!!  It's even got a gazebo out back with a hot tub!  I can't imagine a mortgage that cheap!!  Ours will be quite a bit more!  But we did get the house for almost 54K less than the current owner bought it for in 2001!! Here's a photo of the house:

I'm going to be better prepared for our trip this weekend.  I did have popcorn several times this weekend but I don't think it was fat free.  The hotel had a big popcorn machine that was constantly popping and it smelled so good!

I'll have to check out the fat free pringles.  When there's no fat do they substitute something else?

Do you make your vegetable dip Gina or do you buy it?  I'm definitely going to pack some baby carrots for this weekend.

Great Menu!!

We just buy the pre-made ranch dip or onion dip. If you want low fat, you might have to make your own from low fat sour cream. This has been a great grazy snack with lower sodium.
