Accountability - that is what I need!! I had both DGD's this weekend so I bought snacks for them and had them in the house and of course I ate them yesterday.
Here's what I've done so far today.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Roast beef, bite of rice, 1/2 corn bread muffin
S: SF/FF Jello Lite cool whip pie
D: Roast beef, bite of rice, Lima Beans, 1/2 corn bread muffin
S: SF/FF Butterscotch Pudding, lite cool whip
Can we say carbs?????
Vitamins: Done except night time multi
Water: 84 ozs so far
Miles: None

Jody and I had a great time. I had held off buying anything for several months so I went a little overboard but the prices at the outlets were great compared to the regular stores. I love Talbot's and Ann Taylor now.

Today I was sick as a dog.. poor dog.
No voice since yesterday but basically I slept all day.
I did go to church but came right now and slept from 12noon to 5am this morning.
Not much eating, not much movement.
I definately did not get in enough protein but I did get plenty of water.
1 activia light
1 cheese stick
1/2 cup of tuna forced down.
3 sugar free popsciles
and calcium pills.

strange place , male sugar hungry diabetics to constantly feed , church breakfast , 4 hour drive ....
morning ... egg beaters , pork eye round whole wheat muffin
church brunch - ham slices , bread crust , fruit salad
drive - lobster salad
sourdough bread
coffee
tummy ache !! i think its the real mayonnaise in the lobster ..
