Roz is on the road home and asked me to post M & M today. Y'all be accountable and post, okay?

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50g)
2nd B - bacon, eggs and sausage and a protein coffee 925g)
S - Fage yogurt w/fresh strawberries
L - protein shake (30g)... looking for something else!
S - chili and nachos
D - leftover steak and green beens
S - CarbSmart ice cream

It's a glorious day here but hasn't warmed up yet.  I want to get out and drive once it does.  Also have a little gardening to do, some onions and potatoes to plant. 

I made pancakes this morning for the guys.  With the last 1/8c of batter, I added about 1/8c flax and 1/2 scoop of protein powder and a little more water, then cooked like a pancake.  Topped with ff margerine and SF strawberriy syurp.  Yum.  I couldn't eat all of it and don't know how to count it but it was a great diversion.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  26g
protein pancake  13g ?
leftover steak salad  16g
chicken, cauliflower  17g
fish, ?  20g

that's 92 protein so far, we'll see what the rest of the day brings.

That pancake sounds fabulous, Price! I love pancakes but have not tried one yet.

I went to see the film Desert Flower last night - an inspiring film about a Somalian supermodel who was a victim of genital mutilation at the age of three. It makes me want to holler! Fortunately, I did not take my outrage out on popcorn. I had brought an ounce of unsalted sunflower seeds. They were a perfect snack, except for the noise factor with the shells.

Enjoy your Sunday! I scheduled a mani/10 minute massage so life is good.

For my exercise I ran my first 5k this morning. I mapped it out because I am in Alberta visiting my daughter and I could not wait for the end of my 5k training. It went fabulous 35:18, so now I have a base time to know how much faster I can get.

S- baby bell
D- haven't planned that yet

Hope to play in the sun and snow once again with my grandchildren. It has been beautiful so we can play every day. I shovel the snow around so that it will melt faster too, so extra exercise I guess.

good morning...the weather is beautiful again and it's going to be about 77 today

water and vits, miles will be riding bike to tanning bed....about 6 miles round trip
