Late in coming to post, sorry. Was searching for a lost, pregnant dog this weekend in Springfield. Poor thing. We didn't have any luck, but were able to eliminate a bunch of area for the owner.
Anyway - bad week for me from 176 to 175.8. I was at a training deal in AR and the cook was just marvelous. I ate way too much and enjoyed every second of it, from the southern cream chicken to the SLAB of prime rib to the bacon spinach salad. Ohh, and the desserts, I did have small amounts of them each evening. Could have done without that for sure. It was decadent. So, I'm back on the wagon again. Hopefully next week will show better results. Wish I was a dumper, but it looks like not.

I did have a protein shake for breakfast though..it took me 3 hours to drink the 24 ounces but it did go down..
I'm making soup for lunch and will put some shrimp in it.. but other than that..I don't think I'll be eating too much more..
