Yes, very.  I have no money and I'm not working so right now it is just a dream.  I wish there was a way for insurance to pay for it but that isn't going to happen.

You look great.  A better fitting bra would do wonders for you.  What about a tshirt that's a little more fitted and womanly to balance out your hips and breasts.  I think that with a new bra and a different style top, you'd look fabulous! My clothing stylist threw out every tshirt that had something on it.  She said that women our age should be wearing solid color tshirts.   I think we all need a makeover after shedding the weight.  I'm using a new hair stylist and he's going to try some different things with color this month.  Think uplifting.  Sometimes it doesn't take much!

I definitely don't dress my age.  With 2 teen age daughters at home I often grab one of their shirts.  The other day I wore my daughter's fringed boots.  I was so happy that they even zipped up.  I wish I had taken a picture.  I don't work at the moment and I really don't go anywhere that isn't casual.  If I ever get a job I will have to be more conscious about what I wear but not working means no extra money so all my clothes come from Goodwill or other thrift stores.  That is where I have bought my last few bras.  I've really had to through together a new wardrobe on a shoe string.

Lee,
LOVE the post.  As my daughter would say, LMAO.  I definittely feel your frustration.  I had reduction surgery 6 years ago and while I love my new size I wound up with instant side boobage that I hate!  The surgeon said it was fat, not breast tissue so he didn't remove it and it ain't going nowhere. Yuck.
As my bra size has gone down to a 40C it almost seems to get worse because the sides of the smaller bras don't come up as  high.
Glad to know I'm in such good company!!!

Janet,

Survey Says:  You're definitely in good company!!  This is not an uncommon topic around here.  What to do with the newfound twins. :)

LOL -- Lee I have the extra twins also!!  I'm still wearing my old bras.  I bought a smaller one at Walmart because I didn't want to spend a lot of money right now, but I hate it.  I've gotten used to wearing bras that aren't tight and now I can't stand anything that fits right or tight.

I keep saying I'm going to be measured and get one that fits correctly but I still haven't done it....

Oy, you have a DH Linda!  He's probably just so grateful to have you be so much healthier in all aspects of your life.

At 60, I'm not gonna find me a man if my twins are hanging out around my waist.  I too hate anything tight. I'm guilty of taking off all of my clothes as soon as I get home in the evening.  Friends are just used to me being commando in my own home.  :)

I do the same thing Lee -- as soon as I walk in the back door I get out of my work clothes and change in to either my pj's or sweats and a shirt!!

I'm all about comfort now!!

What a great post! I am giggling, I thought I was the only one with twins! LOL

I found that the dillards brand bras fit me better than VS. I went from a 42DDD/E to a 36 DD.
And when the cabaret brand is on sale I can get a bra for under $30. I was so glad I got fitted, because I never seem to do well on my own with bra shopping!

Glad the girls are back where they are supposed to be!

Enjoy!
