My first trip to Victoria's Secret

Well, I finally got up the nerve to go and get fitted for a bra.  Like everything, I always think i know best and was quite comfortable in my 36DD's.  Afterall, it's better than the 42 DD I started in.  I have a friend who manages a clothing store and basically dresses me.  Everything I go in to try on clothes she yells at me for having breasts that are nowhere near where they ought to be.  So without telling anyone, in I marched and picked the chubbiest sales person to help me.  I thought I would have to shed my tshirt, buy nah, she just measured and proclaimed me a 34DD.  She brought me something great to try on and wow, up went the girls.  Yeah, but there's a problem.  A very very big problem.  I seem to have sprouted twins that now reside right under my pits.  There they were yakkin at each other having a grand old time.  I've never met them before.  They said they've been there for years but I was too ill fitted to notice them much.  Well, let me tell you, today they were having a paaaarteee, right there in plain view.  The lovely sales person said there wasn't much I could do about it because I really did need that 34 and she had brought me the bra with the most coverage.

Oh well.  Chalk up another amazing discovery.  One, I'm not as fat as I thought and two, I've got a second set of twins!!!

Good for you Lee!  I still cant bring myself to go bra shopping...
Now that you know your size you can look for minimizer bra's that can help with the 2nd set of twins!

Mine also party when I wear a bra that actually fits. I think that is why I am so comfortable in a bra that is too big or had been stretched out - it hids unflatering things!

The smaller I have gotten, the smaller the bras.  That sounds like it makes sense but there are things that used to go in larger bras, that now have no place to go.  I totally understand and I'm a 34-36B from a 42D.

Funny, that's what I was thinking too.  At least I know now that I'm not the only one.

Lee - you made me laugh!  BUT - I want to tell you - there ARE bras out there to minimize the side 'boobage" going on.  Gina and I saw one today at the Bali store.

I remember going to VS and making them bring me bras until I had one that didn't spill.  They are there... keep looking and keep trying...
