I had a wonderful day today, went out with friends for lunch..but lost my voice and really my appetite..I ate well..but would have liked to have a Protein drink..but couldn't get it down.
Breakfast:
Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz
Activia Blueberry (1 container/1 serving), 4 oz
Lunch:
Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Flavored Sauce, frozen, 1 cup
Dinner:
Large Greek Salad (2T Greek Salad Dressing), Tuna Salad, 0.5 cup
