I love the Syntrax because they aren't thick likes shakes and I can add crystal lite to them to make them other flavors.  Use a shaker cup with a steel ball in it to shake them up.

I was outside at a horse show all day, cold and windy but at least the sun was shining.  I know I got my fluid and protein in, but also a bunch that I would have rather not gotten in.  We went out to supper and I had a fahita salad and I've sure it had more fat than I usually have.  My sandwitch at lunch, that I only at the meat, cheese and lettuce out of had mayo that I couldn't get all of it off.  At least I know I don't dump on fat, unfortunately.

calories  767, probably higher than that really

A little mayonaise probably won't make you dump. You need some fat in your diet.  I don't worry to much about things like mayonaise but I don't eat much fried foods. I don't do fat free cheese etc. either.

I had a wonderful day today, went out with friends for lunch..but lost my voice and really my appetite..I ate well..but would have liked to have a Protein drink..but couldn't get it down.

Breakfast:      
Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz  
Activia Blueberry (1 container/1 serving), 4 oz   
  Lunch:     
 Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Flavored Sauce, frozen, 1 cup   
 Dinner:     
Large Greek Salad (2T Greek Salad Dressing), Tuna Salad, 0.5 cup 

I ate the lettuce and some of the tuna..not all.:     
 Snacks:

Hall's Sugar Free Cough Drops, 2 serving  
Edamame- Dry Roasted Edamame Seapoint Farms, 0.25 cup
