Menus and Miles Friday April 1st
Went to Curves this morning and did my monthly weigh and measure. 6 lbs gone and 10 inches gone. Amazing since I thought I was pretty much in a stall. Then to a funeral where I did what I could eating but it wasn't great since everything had more fat that I would have normally had. Calorie count is up but not bad.

Ok I know this is not much but MUCH more than I have gotten in a week! No vomiting and of course I am in minor pain but so worth it. That fish was AWESOME!
I took one less Vitamin supplement because of the iron and binding. It's good.
I also ate more vegetables on purpose.. unfortunately we went out to IHOP and they had nothing I could eat so I ended up getting a grilled cheese..we went after the gym so I was starved.. next time, I'll bring my edamame with me.
