Hi Roz. 
Went to Curves this morning and did my monthly weigh and measure.  6 lbs gone and 10 inches gone.  Amazing since I thought I was pretty much in a stall.  Then to a funeral where I did what I could eating but it wasn't great since everything had more fat that I would have normally had.  Calorie count is up but not bad.

 pretty carby ( but no fat   and homemade so wholegrain and sweetened with fruit and splenda ) rainy  day ...
started workday superearly  ( 1 AM ) 
protein  chai tea 

reheated  Chinese spinach noodles with  mushrooms, peanut sauce , eggplant baby leeks Chinese  cabbage  and  shrimp and chicken 

back to sleep at  5:30  till 8;00 

conference call at 9:00 

sitting on temterhooks about mortgage until 6pm  

protein espresso 

ginger  /molasses /spice cookies  fatfree 

apple streusel  cake more organic apples than anything  just a  piece / a few of the cookies  froze the rest  the landlord didnt eat 

marinated Turkish  chicken  with Chinese  mushrooms  

dinner ;  mushroom  cream fatfree soup with  a pureed potato  in the pot 

herbal tea

OMG! I did so well today! I am very happy.

Starkist came out with individual fish packs that are microwaveable!

L- Fish patty 14g
S Cantaloupe
D chicken and cheese quesadilla

Ok I know this is not much but MUCH more than I have gotten in a week! No vomiting and of course I am in minor pain but so worth it. That fish was AWESOME!

No April fools joke for me..
I took one less Vitamin supplement because of the iron and binding. It's good.
I also ate more vegetables on purpose.. unfortunately we went out to IHOP and they had nothing I could eat so I ended up getting a grilled cheese..we went after the gym so I was starved.. next time, I'll bring my edamame with me.
