Happy Friday!!! Have you played any April Fools Jokes on anyone?
We got lots of different suggestions for our Protein Drinks yesterday. How about snacks...what's your favorit Protein snack for on the go? I love Jerky because it doesn't slide right down and it's not gone in a split second. Early out when I was on soft foods but I needed to chew my DH suggested jerky and it really worked. I would chew all of the flavor out of it and then spit it out. It's still my go to food when we are on a trip and everyone wants to get a snack when we stop for gas.
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!! BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Protein: leftover chocolate peanutbutter banana shake from last night 17.5g
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/8 cup blueberries and benefiber all frozen together 14.1g
Lunch: tuna with benefiber, 1/2 TB mayo with olive oil, 1/4 tsp ranch powder, 1/2 colby/jack cheese stick, 1 oz green peppers, 2 baby carrots 26.8g
Protein: Mint Cookie with Creme de Menthe, and chocolate fiber 23g
Dinner: Wings in Peanut Sauce (made at home, chicken will be baked/broiled, sauce will consist of PB2, red curry paste, and some coconut milk) with raw carrots 29.1
Snack: 1/2 homeade almond joy protein bar and myabe some gelatin 8.5g
Just Dance2 this morning, since I have a doctor's appointment at 415, I'll hit Curves after that, maybe some more dance after, depending on how the appointment goes and what kind of energy I have left over (when I am annoyed or frustrated, exercise makes everything better)
only have 1 more calcium to go before vites are all done for today

Happy Friday!!! Both DGD's are coming to spend the night tonight so I probably won't be on much until Sunday afternoon. Unless they are exhausted and take a very long nap tomorrow!!
