Please help me with a non-chalky multivitamin

I am taking a gummy multi from Costco called Vitafusion Prenatal. Is this inadequate? (I'M NOT PREGNANT BY THE WAY!)  I hate those bariatric choice and celebrate multis because of their awful chalky texture.  Call you recommend another choice to go for a quality multivitamin that you are happy with?  Thanks!  Catherine

I use Centrum chewables.  Orange flavored.  I buy them at Walmart.  Everyones taste is different, so it can be hit or miss.   Good luck!   Cindy

I used to use Centrum too but not the chewable. Chewables don't have potassium (for starters). It's a myth that we *have* to have chewables for the vitamins to absorb, btw.

Now I use the Celebrate capsules. They are easier to build a schedule around because I can take them all at once or take them with my calcium and iron since they don't have iron of their own and minimal calcium so I don't have to worry about the calcium interfering with the iron like you do with a regular multi.

I do the CVS version of chewable centrum senior for women.  I don't think it is bad.

I do Trader Joe's chewable adult multi, which isn't bad at all.  I wouldn't eat it for a snack or anything, but tolerable enough twice a day.  I use their sublingual B12 too, Bariatric Advantage calcium (both lozenges and chewys), and a gummy D3 I get at Vitamin Shoppe.
