Happy Friday LWs!   Its time for another "Just for fun" post.   Everyone is welcomed to join in here.   Cindy

1.)  What's your favorite breakfast cereal?

2.)  Challenges/victories this week?

3.)  Plans for the weekend?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.)  What's your favorite breakfast cereal?  Pre-op I ate sugary cereals .... my favorites  was Count Chocula or CoCo Puffs.   Post Op I dont each much cereal.  I occasionally have Cream of wheat or Oatmeal.  Ive been craving Shreaded wheat, but I read the label and put it back on the shelf.
2.)  Challenges/victories this week?  I did really well with my fluids this week.  I havent had any shakiness with exercise either, so that must have been the culprit.
3.)  Plans for the weekend?   We are going out to eat with friends tonight.  Then tomorrow our local fire dept is having a las vegas type fund raiser.  We have a group of people going to it.   Just plan on relaxing on Sunday.
.)  What's your favorite breakfast cereal?  Fruit Loops was my favorite.  I hardly ever eat any cereal now.  I bought my Mom some Special K Vanilla & Almonds last week and ate a few of those and they were pretty good.  I do Protein Decaf Coffee in the mornings.
2.)  Challenges/victories this week?  Challenges - sweets I guess this will always be my challenge!!.  I haven't exercised this week because it turned cold and rainy again and I just haven't gotten outside.
3.)  Plans for the weekend?  Both DGD's are coming to spend the night tonight.  DGD#2 is staying the whole weekend.  So I'll be BUSY!!!  DH and I are so excited to have them both spend the night and get to play together for a longer time.
Hope everyone has a great one!!
Linda
1.) What's your favorite breakfast cereal?
I'm not a huge fan of cereal. Never have been. Breakfast is still a protein drink for me.
2.) Challenges/victories this week?
Same old challenges ... staying on plan. Victory: Wearing my shirt tucked in to my pants with a belt. It has been MANY years!
3.) Plans for the weekend?
1.  Before I started low carbing, grits with cheese.  Now, I don't eat cereal.
2.  All this medical stuff.  I feel great but had all the follow up stuff to deal with.  Victories, finally got to 139.  Weighted and measured at Curves today.  The month wasn't as bad as I thought, 6lbs down, 10 inches gone.
Loved getting to meet Raggedyann and her DH.
3.  Safety officer at a horse show on Sat.  Sunday, driving my own ponies.
1) Breakfast cereal. Can you believe I couldn't think of one until I read your response about oatmeal? Grits! That's G-R-I-T-S and you can put 2 vowels in between the R and the T.
2) Victory this week. I weighed in at 119 this morning. Lost those blasted 3 pounds from last week.
3) Plans for the weekend. Jody and I better be going shopping and then having dinner with our guys, after we've broken the bank.
