1.) What's your favorite breakfast cereal?
2.) Challenges/victories this week?
3.) Plans for the weekend?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.) What's your favorite breakfast cereal? Pre-op I ate sugary cereals .... my favorites was Count Chocula or CoCo Puffs. Post Op I dont each much cereal. I occasionally have Cream of wheat or Oatmeal. Ive been craving Shreaded wheat, but I read the label and put it back on the shelf.
2.) Challenges/victories this week? I did really well with my fluids this week. I havent had any shakiness with exercise either, so that must have been the culprit.
3.) Plans for the weekend? We are going out to eat with friends tonight. Then tomorrow our local fire dept is having a las vegas type fund raiser. We have a group of people going to it. Just plan on relaxing on Sunday.
1.) What's your favorite breakfast cereal? Well I used to love those litle frosted bran pillows that tasted like maple and cinnamon ..but theyre way too sweet for me now . Funny i dont eat cereal of any kind any more ...
2.) Challenges/victories this week? worked all week happily in the rain and the cold ... with the usual grumpy discontented complaining guys and difficult city .... U know its not that bad
3.) Plans for the weekend? Driving to PA to see FIL ...
~~
.) What's your favorite breakfast cereal? Fruit Loops was my favorite. I hardly ever eat any cereal now. I bought my Mom some Special K Vanilla & Almonds last week and ate a few of those and they were pretty good. I do Protein Decaf Coffee in the mornings.
2.) Challenges/victories this week? Challenges - sweets I guess this will always be my challenge!!. I haven't exercised this week because it turned cold and rainy again and I just haven't gotten outside.
3.) Plans for the weekend? Both DGD's are coming to spend the night tonight. DGD#2 is staying the whole weekend. So I'll be BUSY!!! DH and I are so excited to have them both spend the night and get to play together for a longer time.
Hope everyone has a great one!!
Linda
I'm not a huge fan of cereal. Never have been. Breakfast is still a protein drink for me.
2.) Challenges/victories this week?
Same old challenges ... staying on plan. Victory: Wearing my shirt tucked in to my pants with a belt. It has been MANY years!
3.) Plans for the weekend?
