Fitness Fun - March 31

Wow, the end of March...time if flying by so fast.

I will be going to the gym tonight and beating out a hard cardio session. No weights...I'll do that tomorrow I think. I want to go at least for 60 minutes high intensity....that'll get a nice calorie burn going.

What are your plans?

Pacing around the house to get the blood flow and trapped gass moving!!!
An arm workout sounds great though, but not for another 6 weeks............
