I sure hope this isn't a waste of $1,000. He is out of my network so the consultation will be $400-$600 out of pocket. Then plane fare another $200.
My BMI will be 35 when I see him (it won't be hard to gain a few since I'm going on vacation the week before!)
I really, really, hope he will do this revision for me.

No rules about taking liquids, food, etc. They don't have you standing in security lines like an airport and screening you and after surgery, you won't feel like doing that.
And parking is non-existent in the city. We stayed at the Helmsley Medical Tower next door and parking there IF you were lucky enough to find a spot was $30 a day for people staying in the tower having medical procedures.
