b: 2 mini egg muffins, slice of french bread
l: chicken breast, steamed vegetables
s: latte
s: protein bar
d: sausage and peppers

miles: gym, 45 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights/abs

Had lunch today at the Biltmore estate with Raggedyann and her DH.  It's so fun to meet other OH folks.  She is doing great.  Not much on the menu that would work for us so we each had a cup of soup which was good but probably had a lot more fat in it than I put in my totals.

I'm trying to eat more high potassium foods so my carbs may go up.

Hi Roz.  Today is my Friday.  Tom and I are leaving for Washington DC for vacation in the morning - YEA!  Scale has been down 2 lbs for the past 2 days... see what it says tomorrow. 

B - 2 protein coffees
L - swamp soup
D - hamburger patty with cheese
S - fried peanuts
S - 2 beers

Vits:  yes
Water:  did pretty good

Long day in DC. Very glad to be home. I missed my miniblender this morning! No room in the overnight bag with all my work papers.

B- SF decaf latte, Muscle Milk (all I could find in CVS) and canteloupe (35 g)
S- protein bar (10 b)
L- grilled chicken salad (10 g)
S- soy nuts (9 g)
D- seafood salad and cole slaw (14 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)

I was BAD yesterday.. Very guilty but there has to be something going on..
and I blame my husband..

He bought home what I call Raha..it's Turkish Delight and very very yummy to me..
You eat them with biscuits..and of course he bought home the chocolate buiscuits..  I ate some shrimp to counter all the carbs...but all I can say was dinner was yummy and since I was already not feeling great, I just went to bed..

The only good thing was, that I excercised like HECK yesterday.. I was in the gym for over 2 hours seriously working out..then another hour of walking,stretching and just chit chating with friends...so maybe it won't be that bad..

This week was a good one for the miles portion, I have the sore body to prove it, but I am very happy..

Can you tell I don't want to post...:(  Twice in one week..darnit

CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill), 2 serving

Activia low fat blueberry yogurt 4 oz, 1 serving  
CALORIES 900 CARBS 140 FAT 11 PROTEIN  55

I did have 1/2 of a Protein shake during the day so the Protein is probably more than 55..closer to 60 but the calories probably are closer to 1000 also..
