and I blame my husband..
He bought home what I call Raha..it's Turkish Delight and very very yummy to me..
You eat them with biscuits..and of course he bought home the chocolate buiscuits.. I ate some shrimp to counter all the carbs...but all I can say was dinner was yummy and since I was already not feeling great, I just went to bed..
The only good thing was, that I excercised like HECK yesterday.. I was in the gym for over 2 hours seriously working out..then another hour of walking,stretching and just chit chating with friends...so maybe it won't be that bad..
This week was a good one for the miles portion, I have the sore body to prove it, but I am very happy..
Can you tell I don't want to post...:( Twice in one week..darnit

I did have 1/2 of a Protein shake during the day so the Protein is probably more than 55..closer to 60 but the calories probably are closer to 1000 also..
