Thanks Kay!  i think that's what Tom thinks too, is that we should retire together.  He's not so sure about this...

Dh had to retire for medical reasons but just found a way to go back to work part time and put the money in our business account. It gets paid, not him. He'll be working about 25 hours a week, after his training, on his own schedule from the house. Company is called Arise If any of y'all do decide to check it out, PM me or him (cbramsey5898) and get his info so he gets referal credit. He checked them out with the BBB and several other places before going in with them. He's got about another 3 weeks of training and then he starts actually working and making money.

His income from them will help our budget, ESP if the government can't get their act together and get the budget passed because *I* am on SSDI. MY pay is on the line. And that is about 1/4 of our monthly income.

I'll need to supplement my income for sure... but finding the job to do it will be tough!  I want my flexibility and be able to work when I want  - is that too much to ask?  LOL

No, it isn't, which is exactly why Charles looked into Arise and ended up with them. To a great extent he does get to pick his own hours, he'll be working from home, so no travel expenses, he can eat at home, so no worry about that.

As my dear spouse said, I am affiliated with Arise which provides virtual customer service solutions to many well known companies. I am presently in training to become a customer service / technical support representative for a well known wireless provider.

What makes Arise different is that you are working for yourself. As long as you get the minimum number of hours the client requires per week, you can work anytime. If you would like additional information, please don't hesitate to PM me.

You go girl. I'm sure you'll find something to keep you occupied. I'm a long way from retirement, but hoping to be a "stay at home doggie mom" at some point in life. Would love to devote more time to dog rescue - and working more with kids.

Get yourself out there and shine!

Congrats, Jody! You have saved yourself a lot of stress. I know you will come out with the perfect gig. Would love to see your new do, too. Thinking of a pixie at goal!!!!
