I love my Edamame (dry roasted) and have been keeping them in the car.  High protein and they do stay with you for a while.  II also like the 100 calorie packs of diamond almonds..they are good..


I had a rough day with food yesterday, I wasn't home ...and when did eating become such a chore!!

Breakfast:     

Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz  
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving  
CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill), 2 serving 
Activia Light (strawberry), 4 oz  
Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz   

 Lunch:      
Edamame- Dry Roasted Edamame Seapoint Farms, 0.5 cup   
 
 Dinner:    
 Shrimp, cooked, 12 large

Broccoli- Green Giant Broccoli & Three Cheese Sauce, 1.5 cup 
Sugar Free Popsicle, 2 serving  
 
Calories 623 Carbs 50 Fat 21Protein 60
