Char! You look amazing! I absolutely love the halter dress! I love all of your outfits but esp. the halter! Glad that you had a fun time! I wish I weren't a chicken to cruise..lol

Can you believe that was a $14 thrift store find??!!

The outfit with the black skirt and cardigan cost $9 total excluding the shoes. I love my local thrift shop, they have AMAZING goodies!
